A little about me.
This is a labor-of-love that started in the Fall of 2019, about a year after my hospitalization. I had lost my ability to process language, speak, and function in life.
Slowly, with so much support and care, I was able to get myself back to a place where I could interact with others and care for myself.
This exploration and journey of mental health is where I've happily encapsulated myself and my experiences, creating something that I hope speaks to you as much as it means to me.
